Prep & Freeze:
1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized chunks.
2. Place the chicken, paprika, garlic, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper into a labelled freezer-safe bag. Seal the bag and toss everything together to coat the chicken evenly.
3. Lay the bag flat in the freezer to save space and freeze until ready to use.
To Cook from Frozen:
1. Remove the bag from the freezer and allow the chicken to defrost thoroughly in the fridge.
2. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
3. Spread the chicken pieces in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12 - 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and fully cooked.
Serving Suggestions
1. Pile into soft tortillas with your favourite fajita toppings—think salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and crunchy lettuce.
2. Spoon over fluffy rice with black beans, corn, and fresh cilantro for an easy rice bowl.
