1. Marinate the chicken
Cut the chicken breasts into chunks and place in a mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly in the marinade.
2. Freeze for later
Transfer the marinated chicken to a labelled freezer bag or airtight container and freeze flat for easy storage.
To cook from frozen
1. Remove the chicken from the freezer and let it defrost in the fridge overnight (or use your microwave’s defrost function if you're in a hurry).
2. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
3. Add the chicken pieces to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden and cooked through.

Tuck them into a wrap with salad, serve with rice and veggies, or enjoy as protein-packed bites with your favourite dip!
